Terms and conditions

Last updated 27 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Clipr (“Clipr”, “we”, “us”). By using this site, submitting a clip, linking a payout wallet or sending a creator application, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Clipr. Please also read our privacy policy and the programme rules.

01Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must follow the rules of every platform you post on (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), including their rules on paid or rewarded content.
  • One person, one Clipr account. Creating extra accounts to win more of the pool is not allowed.

02What Clipr is

Clipr pays people (“CLIPRs”) for short clips of traders winning, on any coin, that get real views. The daily top 25 pool is funded by Clipr's own revenue: the creator fees earned by the $CLIPR token. 70% of those fees fund the daily reward pool, 20% are used to buy back and burn $CLIPR, and 10% go to Clipr for upkeep and upgrades. Separately, creators can fund their own campaigns to have clips made of them (section 4).

You never need to buy, hold or sell $CLIPR, or pay anything, to take part. Entry is free.

03Your clips

  • Clips must be your own posts on an account you have verified with Clipr, and posted no more than 7 days before you submit them.
  • Every clip must credit the person it features in the caption (for example “credit: @trader”) and include the hashtag #memecoins. Clips missing either are not paid.
  • You must have the right to use everything in your clip. Don't post content you don't have permission to use, and remove it if the person featured asks.
  • Nothing misleading, hateful, illegal or sexual.
  • No botted views. Using bots, bought views, view-swapping groups or any other way of faking views is strictly forbidden. If we find it, all of your clips are disqualified, any earnings not yet paid are forfeited, and your account is permanently banned: you won't be able to submit clips to Clipr again.
  • Clips are about entertainment. Don't present them as financial advice, and don't promise viewers profits.
  • You keep ownership of your clips. You allow Clipr to show your clip's title, thumbnail, link and view counts on this site.

04How the pool is paid

There are two ways to earn through Clipr:

  1. The daily top 25. Upload one of the top 25 clips of the day to earn a split of that day's creator rewards revenue pool (the 70% of $CLIPR's creator fees described above), in proportion to the views each clip gained that day.
  2. Clipr's creator program. Creators can add their handles on any supported platform. When a clip is submitted, Clipr cross-references its caption with all known creator handles; if a matching creator handle is found, the clip counts toward the daily top 25 pool and the matching creator campaign. Only the first @handle in the caption is counted to match a clip with a creator campaign, to prevent abuse of the campaign system, and a matched clip stays with that campaign. CLIPRs can earn a split of the SOL offered by any creator, in proportion to views, at that creator's published rate (for example $1.50 per 1,000 views, paid in SOL at the day's price). These payouts are handled by individual payout campaign wallets, assigned after the creator's application is accepted. Each campaign wallet is funded by its creator and only pays clips of that creator. If a campaign can't cover a whole day, that day is split between the qualifying clips in proportion to their views. When a campaign's balance runs out, it stops paying until the creator tops it up.

For both:

  • Every paid clip's caption must credit the person it features and include #memecoins.
  • Each day runs from 00:00 to 00:00 UTC. Earnings are worked out after the day ends.
  • Views are read from each platform's public counts. Live numbers on the site are estimates; the final numbers are fixed when the day closes and published so anyone can check them.
  • Payouts are sent in SOL, on the Solana blockchain, to your linked payout wallet. Small daily-pool amounts (below 0.001 SOL) are carried over until they add up. Creator-program earnings build up per campaign and are paid out once they reach 0.10 SOL (the minimum withdrawal); they stay reserved in that campaign's wallet meanwhile, and if the campaign ends, what you've earned is paid out. A small part of each pool is kept back to pay Solana network fees; any part of it those fees don't use goes to Clipr's upkeep share, which pays the treasury's other network costs.
  • We can hold or cancel a payout while we look into suspected fraud, fake views, a missing credit or a breach of these terms, and we can mark clips ineligible for the same reasons.
  • Every payout wallet is checked against international sanctions lists. We cannot pay a sanctioned wallet. Where the law requires it, we may ask for identity or tax information before paying you.
  • You are responsible for any tax due on what you receive.
  • The size of the pool depends on trading in $CLIPR and can be very small or zero on any day. Nothing is guaranteed.

05Your payout wallet

  • You can link only ONE wallet, and it can't be changed later. Only one wallet can be linked per internet connection (IP address).
  • Check the address carefully. Blockchain payments can't be reversed. We are not responsible for payments sent to an address you entered incorrectly or lost access to.
  • Never share your wallet's seed phrase or private key with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Clipr. We will never ask for it.

06The $CLIPR token

$CLIPR is a memecoin launched on Pump.fun. It is not an investment, a share, a security or a promise of anything. Holding it gives you no rights to Clipr's revenue, its reward pool, or anything else. Its price can go up or down and it can lose all of its value. Buybacks and burns are part of how the programme uses its fees; they are not price support and not a return to holders. Only buy it if you can afford to lose what you spend.

07Creators and campaigns

  • If you apply as a creator who wants clips, your application is a request. We may accept or decline any application. Nothing is charged by applying.
  • If we accept, we open a campaign for you at an agreed rate per 1,000 views and assign it its own payout campaign wallet. You fund it by sending SOL to that wallet. SOL you send is used only to pay CLIPRs for qualifying clips of you, at your rate, and every payout is public on Solana.
  • You sign in to your creator dashboard by verifying one of the accounts you listed in your application. You can add your handles on supported platforms; handles we can't verify automatically are checked by us first.
  • You may only add handles you own. We may pause or end a campaign that breaks these terms. How any unspent balance is returned when a campaign ends is agreed with you directly.

08Not financial advice

Nothing on Clipr, including clips, leaderboards, or anything about $CLIPR, is financial, investment or tax advice. Crypto trading is high risk. The wins shown in clips are not typical and are no guide to what you will make.

09Accounts, suspension and changes

  • We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and withhold unpaid rewards connected to the breach.
  • We may change the programme rules or these terms. Changes never affect a day that has already closed. We'll update the date at the top of this page; if you keep using Clipr after a change, the new terms apply.
  • We may pause submissions or payouts, or end the programme, at any time. Rewards already finalised for a closed day will still be paid where we lawfully can.

10Liability

Clipr is provided “as is”. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we rely on third parties (the social platforms, the Solana network, Pump.fun) that we don't control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses from blockchain transactions, and our total liability to you is limited to the rewards we owe you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
